Job Description
- Perform payroll processing and other related tasks including, but not limited to processing payroll related legal documents, maintenance of payroll information, and accurate and timely reporting of payroll data.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and/or resource to others in the area of payroll processing.
- Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems and makes necessary adjustments of a non-routine nature.
- Implement defined departmental procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regards to policy, regulation and assist in preparing required documentation for annual compliance audit.
- Provide input to identify and implement process improvements within area of payroll.
- Develop and maintain payroll audit trail, documentation, communication & procedures.
- Reconcile payroll data monthly/quarterly/annually, including but not limited to BPJS reports and other statutory reports.
- Protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of payroll files.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Min 3 years strong experience in Payroll area.
- Experience with SAP Payroll System , Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), C&B Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Analytics , manpower and tax laws, regulations and legislation.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures.
- Proficient in evaluating and analyzing technical payroll activities.
- Proactive & Good verbal and written communication.
