Job Description

  1. Defining and managing digital channel process and development via product roadmap, incorporating current and future capabilities, including ways to support client’s growing needs.
  2. Drive internal such as Product Management, Risk, Sales, Operations and Technology to improve solutions.
  3. Represent the Digital Channels line of business during production support.
  4. Support key in flight initiatives impacting Digital Channels in support of business enablement goals, internal audit findings and regulatory mandated changes.
  5. IT Specification management (IT lifecycle responsibility – analysis, specification, development, testing management).
  6. Responsible for digital channel penetration in customer base and usage attractiveness development.
  7. Monitoring of efficiency of digital channels and processes.
  8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  9. Collaborate with and manage vendor partners.
  10. Data analytics and usage: Collaborate with BICC, Risk, Digital and other relevant departments to process the data.
  11. People management.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. University degree (BS or BA degree) – Marketing, Computer technology, Network Technology, Telecommunication.
  2. Min. 5 years working experience on IT Development and/or IT Product/Service Lifecycle Management, Product and/or Segment Marketing management.
  3. Experience in field of Mobile and Web applications (design/development/project leadership).
  4. Experience in implementing agile methodology.
  5. Basic knowledge about SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, iTunes Connect.
  6. Critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  7. Financial services and/or banking knowledge and experience.
  8. English (advanced communication level).
  9. Has exposure in handling customer life cycle management in digital area.
  10. Must be intellectually curious.
  11. Strong detail orientation: clearly understands data beyond top level analysis.
  12. Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills.
  13. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers.
  14. Ability to influence others.
  15. Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls.
  16. Excellent organizational and program management skills.
