Job Description
- Deliver scoring models of high quality.
- Monitor predictive power of the models and re-calibrate or re-develop the predictive models when needed
- Implement new data sources into the models and participate in the big data initiative
- Monitor portfolio profitability (from risk point of view) and participate in producs setup process/review.
- Monitor budget fullfilments and provide inputs to the budgetting process.
- Provide ad hoc analysis requested by management and cooperate with HQ on the agreed projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, education background from IT, statistic, information system.
- At least 2 years experience in the analytical position
- Understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products
- Having experience handling scorecard development or as data scientist
- Good level of English both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SQL
- Mathematical/statistical background
- Knowledge of any statistical software - R, SAS, Matlab, etc.
- Easily get oriented in new IT/Risk technologies
- Superior analytical skills and ability to see the scorecard development in the broader business perspective is required
- Intermediate level of English both spoken and written
