Job Description

  • Assist CRO in organizing CRO's activity and agenda, including meeting, event, trip, etc and ensure the effectivity of CRO schedule.
  • Assist CRO in managing operation team to follow up on action of minute outcomes, assigning tasks to other Risk staff, checking progress and reporting on results; prepare, review and analyze reports and highlight issues and concerns to the CRO.
  • Ensure every issue and concern in the team escalate properly to CRO.
  • To provide regular update to CRO by weekly basis.
  • Upload all documents related to Finance into SAP.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience);
  • Minimum 5 years experience as PA / EA in an international company;
  • Fluent english communication and excellent written english;
  • Experience working for Expatriate;
  • Experience with document handling;
  • Experience with organizing events;
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comunicate with management and other business units;
  • Good analytical ability, problem solving and investigative skills;
  • Pragmatic approach, negotiation skills and consensus seeker;
  • Ability to maintain calm under stress and pressure;
  • Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivation and reliability;
  • Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Fairness and fair play;
  • Integrity;
