Job Description
- Establish and Develop Relationship with Loyalty Customer Partners,
- Regularly and Proactively Communicate with Loyalty Customer Partners, Solve the Issues and Improve Mutual Co-operations,
- Designing and developing loyalty strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, and customer value propositions and loyalty programs;
- Completing competitor analyses and preparing market research briefs;
- Regularly Assess and Evaluate Redemption Results and Propose Activities / Actions That Will Improve the Redemption Performance,
- Collaborating with technical resources to define the technical architecture that meet business requirements;
- Responsible for Redemption Performance of Loyalty Partners Portfolio
- Open in change and challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 2 years of working experience in loyalty/ credit card industry
- Proven experience and a successful track record in marketing & partnership
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
