Job Description

  1. Provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities, including in HR related administrative activities
  2. Responsible for supporting CRM Operation in a variety of ways including , communications, scheduling, data entry, support services.
  3. In liason with Human Resources Department in completing paperwork related to Performance Review
  4. Confirming attendance (including attending, sickness, leave, absent, etc) of Operator
  5. Reporting selling activity of TL, QA, Trainer on weekly basis to CRM Operation Management

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Having at least 1 year working experience in the same field
  2. Good comunication skill
  3. Able to speak in English
  4. Organized and detailed-oriented
  5. Able to work multitasking
  6. Positive attitude
