Job Description
- Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Respond to comments and customer queries related to brand activities in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with social media operations teams to ensure brand consistency in daily basis
- Liease with Product and Comms to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with followers, subscribers, and all online communities
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Have hold bachelor/diploma degree (college students are welcomed)
- Have basic knowledge of computer literacy, social media tools & communication, corespondency, and active social media account (FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
- Good communication and social media monitoring skills
