Job Description
- Manage the campaign cycle
- Timely implement the new campaigns as per agreement with Customer Lifecycle team/Digital CRM
- Drive CRM technology projects implementation (SAS, RTDM, etc)
- Implement ongoing improvements in terms of process or utilization of existing tools
- Adopt new data and develop selection datamart
- Integrate and use new channels for campaign execution
- Coordinate with other departments to make description and documentation of key processes and flows (data flows, communication flows, offer strategy), ensuring every idea, flow, and process is executed and translated thoroughly and accurately
- Manage and lead the campaign management to improve their performance, meet their expected targets
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in CRM, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing, Loyalty, or Retention
- Strong understanding of CRM technology, relevant experience in implementing CRM systems from the business side
- Excellent organizational, managerial, and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter, persistent, and result-oriented
- Highly adaptive to changes, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Critical and creative thinking capability
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with multiple levels
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa
