Job Description
- To build base and detailed regularly updated reports / monitoring for MHC (My Home Credit Indonesia) & OASYS (Customer Portal Partner)
- To perform AdHoc analysis. Translate and communicate results to stakeholders
- To build and maintain detailed monitoring in external 3rd party tools (Piwik, FireBase)
- To develop realtime monitoring system / report for selected features of MHC & OASYS
- To prepare scoring models based on available data (performance, behavioral) for predicting of customer behavior
- Working closely with Sales, CRM, Digital, Marketing and IT
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and/or Statistics preferable)

Knowledge of basic analytical tools such as Excel, ORACLE SQL,SAS, Python

Able to communicate in English

Total 3+ years of working experience in data analysis - Analytical Background (knowledge of basic analytical tools such as Excel, ORACLE SQL,SAS, Python)

Knowledge of reporting, monitoring (how to prepare reports to contain the most important matrices, how to read report and marked singularities, how to investigate these singularities)

Knowledge of business analysis (how to do the analysis, how to interpret results, how to present results, how to propose solution
