We have around 50 persons in Training division who are all dedicated for Collection Department that has more than 3,000 employees. This position will be a dedicated Training Expert who will be handling:

• Continues development on collection training road map to achieve high quality of collection ammount that are comply with Process, Procedures and regulation
• Develop initiative on collection process and improvement to have high quality collection activity and have effective & efficient collection training class that have high impact to collection productivity as the result
• Coordinate and maintane all training center to support business
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Training through test, feedback and pos visit to achive high quality training
• Evaluate Trainer, through test and caoching for improvement
• Maintain and implement collection Policy and Procedures into training and continues communication to achieve Comply collection process
• People development for collection training team member for any promotion, and succession planning

• Having Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Design Communication, and Social Sciences;
• Having experience 3 years in managing training lifecycle;
• Preferably a senior trainer from Training Agency company;
• Having good knowledge of human behavior analyst;
• Having good knowledge of human interaction (communication);
• Having experience to create script for research, assessment or communication;
• Good English skills (speaking and writing).
