Job Description
- Assisting Corporate Legal Senior Manager for drafting and review all contracts, vendor agreement or any other documentation where the Company has to ensure every document is correct and comply with the regulation
- Supporting Funding team in connection with funding matters, including providing legal advice, preparing, drafting, and reviewing loan documentation, negotiating legal provisions with funding partners, ensuring that the loan documentation is in accordance with Funding Rules and prevailing laws and regulations
- Supporting CX,Sales, Marketing, IT Departments, CRM and special transactions/projects to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations
- Interpret legal opinion and legal information from notary, law consultant or government organization in handling case and agreement and applied properly to HCID business process
- Liaise with relevant departments as a legal counsel when there is legal issue needed to be solved to ensure everything is proceed properly
- Assist AVP Corporate Legal in reviewing contracts, vendor agreement or any other documentation where the Company has to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly
Minimum Qualifications
- Having a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
- Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Having 8 – 13 years working experiences in prominent corporate law firms and/or bank or non-bank financial institutionsIncluding qualifications, licenses, certificates or professional memberships
- Having great experiences in law & regulatory compliance matters, particularly with respect to the prevailing laws and regulations relevant to non-bank financial institutions
- Having great experiences as an attorney in law firm
- Proven track record of strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and people management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority.
- Experience in handling high volume of work and activities involving multiple and complex projects simultaneously
