Job Description
- Design CRM campaigns to cover all customer lifecycle stages in accordance to Customer Lifecycle strategic direction
- Develop, execute CRM campaigns and communication tasks for multiple channels and products
- Monitor daily campaign execution, channel availability and ensure channel capacity are fully utilized according to the defined CRM communication strategy
- Evaluate the results and execution of regular Campaign Management activities,
- Resolve Troubleshoot system problem and issues and working closely with related parties towards resolution
- Contribute ideas and generate documentation for system/process improvements for CRM
- Improve process related to CRM campaign
- Analyze and Initiate new campaigns and selling strategies so that the customer continously using Company products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Marketing or equivalent
- Working experience 3+ years in e-commerce, multi-finance, telco company or tech company
- English (communication and writing level)
- Analytical thinking
- Understand CRM business process
- Advanced SQL and database skills
- Experience in marketing campaign development and execution
