Job Description
- Ensure that all invoice to external suppliers & partner are paid in timely manner
- Generate the daily data from Homer for payment Dealer and process payment for Partner in the Company
- Handle employee expenses
- Knock off the payment from SAP
- Fill in payment documents related to payment to supplier, dealer, and refund overpayment for future tracking.
- Monitor the amount of BCA and others Account IDR to ensure the payment process
- Support other Department by providing information and answers about payment to dealer (transfer slip)
- Process payment and entry journal for payment in the system in timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Have experience minimum 2 years in the same position
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with management and other function
- Critical thinking
- Ability to work independently, self- motivation and reliability
- Adaptable to changes and proactivity
- Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail
