Job Description
- Prepares accrual list including the reconciliation and reversal journals to ensure that accrued expense are booked properly
- Maintain prepaid expense & amortization report so that amortization expense are booked properly and ensure the total amount from GL should balance with the list in excel file.
- Prepare journal entry for Invoice overseas (from HQ) and journal entry related to VAT Offshore to ensure that payment journal to HQ & VAT Offshore are booked and maintain properly
- Prepare data for BI and OJK report and ensure all report are ready within timeline.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation for Liabilities & Equities accounts
- Prepare journal adjustment/reclassification according to request from superior to ensure that journal adjustment/reclassification are booked properly
- Prepare the documentation of journal voucher every month (collecting & filling) to ensure all the journal transactions are collected and documented properly.
- Prepare monthly report to internal department
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field from an
- accredited college or university.
- 2+ years experience maintaining financial records.
- Good knowledge of standard accounting practices;
- Knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft Word and Excel are required
- Experience in reporting BI and OJK will be a plus
- .Organized and detail oriented;
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate in a professional manner;
