Job Description
- Discover and review the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnership
- Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
- Negotiate agreement which appropriate
- Get structured discount and favorable prices
- Manage vendors or suppliers to ensure on time delivery of goods
- Handling routine and project procurement
- Build relationship with vendors or suppliers as well as help in dealing with complaints and handling memorandum payment/invoice or contract with related parties
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any field
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a procurement manager
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent in negotiation and networking
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia (native) & English (fluent)
