Job Description
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the Acc. Manager and Controller in the daily banking requirements.
- Collaborates with the other finance team to support overall finance department goals and objectives.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Work with the Accounting Manager and Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
- Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Develop and improve accounting team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Have experience minimum 3 years in accounting area, with 2 years as a assistant manager or supervisor.
- Experience in Financial / Banking industry will be an advantage.
- Analytical and problem solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comunicate with management and other business units.
- Ability to work independently, self- motivation and reliability.
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Adaptable to changes and proactivity.
- Detail oriented and accuratee.
- Experience in KAP will be an advantage.
