Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Adwords (Search & Display) -Work on digital performance marketing using platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook among others.
  • Good understanding of digital paid media best practices/ Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization,Re-marketing, A/B Testin
  • Developing the digital marketing strategy across various online channels
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Translate business goals into efficient digital marketing strategies and drive growth for the organization
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing; controlling and allocating channel spends, improving overall & channel ROI and CAC
  • Ownership of strategy and execution for all paid digital channels including search, display, facebook campaigns, programmatic, video, affiliates etc.
  • Working closely with marketing team & other stakeholders to execute campaigns, create brand awarness & derive performance
  • Developing and maintaining close partnerships with FB, Google and other key partners to derive business benefits.
  • Constantly finding new ways to grow overall online brand presence, impact, by utilizing the full range of digital assets, technologies available.
  • Execution of all brand and remarketing campaigns on digital channels in addition to performance & acquisition campaigns
  • Own measurement, reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels & campaigns and translate the same into impact on key business measures
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

Home Credit Indonesia is looking for digital marketing professionals to join our growing team. As the Digital Performance Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will manage high quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across Biddable platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Programmatic). Additionally, ensure that projects within the marketing department are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business guidelines, quality standards, and objectives

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in display advertising, online marketing, search marketing & mobile marketing for an e-commerce, finance or FMCG
  • Familiarity with traffic metrics and reporting
  • Extreme attention to detail, relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication and analytic skills, including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems.
  • Monitor web/mobile analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
  • Hands on exprience on managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Mobile Networks & Publisher Networks
  • Must have tools knowledge of Google Analtytics, GTM or any web/mobile analytics platform
