Job Description
- Design and create training material (presentation and handbook) and posttest in accordance with current procedure and process based on the written and/or verbal description of process and/or product given by Process Team or any other team on timely manner
- Ensure that training material and/or any information is easy to understand and accurate
- Cooperate with trainer from other function to share/obtain relevant product/process communication or training material
- Ensure that training material from other function related with CRM product and process is accurate and shared on timely manner
- Train the trainer from within function or other function if needed on CRM related training material
- Create information update/reminder through email blast or any other communication media
- Manage knowledge section of intranet (HALO) in relation with CRM related information, making sure the information is accurate and up to date
- Respond to questions from operator/other employee in relation with CRM information on process and/or product through any media communication (email, HALO, etc)
- Responsible to participate in User Acceptance Testing to make sure that all system has been properly designed and working as expected
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Min 1 year experience in related position
- Fluent in English communication
- Good skill with Microsoft Office Suite - Words, Excel, and especially Powerpoint
- Design skil

- Good interpersonal skill
