- Provide and review report (weekly and monthly) under area of responsibility to ensure it will be delivered accurately and within timeline.
- Manage analysts regular work and capacity, such as regular reports, adjusting UW strategy, doing ad hoc analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis & give guidance to analysts to improve their logic and analysis ability.
- Review reports performance & conduct improvement process whenever necessary to ensure all regulatory reports are submitted accurately and on time
- Supervise implementation of UW Strategy changes (testing result and review of change documents) to ensure alignment between implementation and strategy
Minimum Qualifications

University degree
-
Bachelor degree or above, education background preferably from IT, statistic, information system.

Working experience for min 3 years in financial institution

Having knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau
-
Able to communicate in English

Have experience in Credit Card (have understanding of how does it work)

Good understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products

Have experience from Collection, Underwritting department

Have experience in using analytical tools such as SQL query, Oracle BI, Tableau
-
Have experience in Credit Card (have understanding of how does it work)

Have experience in BLAZE system & macro excel.

Have a good analytical and problem solving skill

Excellent working attitude

Excellent verbal/written communication skills, especially in English
