1. Implement and execution of dialing strategies

• Implement and execute strategy decisions in cooperation with Collection management
• Manage the pilots of dialing strategies
• Explore and manage third party service providers for pilots
• Manage the team of dialer specialists
• Maintain and manage efficiency in Dialer Specialists performance
• Define and maintain the escalation procedures and incident reporting of dialer

2. Analyze and maintaining regular reporting base of dialer

• Online monitoring of running dialing campaigns
• Daily and long term monitoring of dialer performance and efficiency

3. Manage sufficient infrastructure support with responsible department

• Planning of licences need, ports and providers coverage, capacity of infrastructure
• Manage support SLA with IT

4. Support operational activities in dialer management

• Pilots management and ad-hoc process adjustments based on business needs
• Owns the dialer support coverage
• Blacklisting process and evaluation

• Bachelor or Master degree without any specific major
• 2+ years experience in business process analysis/design
• Have experience from Call Center
• Excellent analytical mind & experience
• Have experience from telecommunication industry
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• High initiative, reliable, and independent person
• Have experience dealing with vendors/providers
