Job Description
- Planning, writing, managing content strategy for digital mendia to manage the comoany social media channel, from posting, achieve target to reporting
- Partner with graphic designer team to create interplay between textual and visual elements to create the social media content
- Track and monitor performance for all digital content projects to be reported to management on weekly basis
- Provide direct feedback / analytics with the goal to improve responses to the customer engagement inside tha channel
- Proactively bring ideas by creating content planning that fit to the team KPI to achieve approved target
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferably from Digital / Advertising / Mass Communication / Journalism
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
- Good interpersonal skill
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel, Word, Power Point and Social Media Management Tools
- Have experience minimum 1 year as Social Media Admin/Management
- Proven track record of creating compelling content across all Social Media channels
- Interest in digital, trend, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
