Job Description
- Monitor performance KPIs for Social media marketing activities and changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations to the digital marketing team
- Perform ongoing monitoring, post-campaign analysis and use that analysis to form recommendations for new campaigns, strategies
- Audit campaign assets (creative, brand mentions / sentiments, social media posts, Gamification, analytics reports, info graphics, etc.) to ensure healthy followers & engagement
- Measure and identify gaps in the marketing funnel and ensure constant campaign improvements over time
- Discover and curate interesting content that drives followers to our social channels based on available social listening & analytics tools
- Prepare reports on the performance of social media handles, engagement rate, overall reach etc
Minimum Qualifications
- Min.Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years proven experienced of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in social media, online marketing, online reporting and analytics & mobile marketing for an e-commerce, finance or FMCG.
- Familiar with social media performance metrics and reporting
- Extreme attention to detail, relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Managing social media analytics and listening dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
- Must have the general knowledge of digital marketing and trends happening nowadays
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
- Good interpersonnal skill
