Vendor Management
• Explore the option of optimizing the vendor management function;
• Efficient support to the team in reviewing and analyzing claims of vendors;
• Update of the risk management strategy/policy for handling and sourcing vendors;
• Assist in drafting of any policy guidance and write-up related to vendor management;
• Actively participate in meetings with vendor when necessary and other relevant tasks that may be required.

License Management
• Manage and maintain license agreements & contracts for Indonesia based licenses;
• Work with relevant teams to facilitate the business, ensuring license requirements are fulfilled in timely and cost effective manner;
• To ensure license usages compliance with rules and regulations;
• Manage detailed records of licenses, to include renewals, amendments, termination and financial reporting.

Warehouse Management
• Control and manage inventory
• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
• Manage general maintenance of devices in the warehouse
• Inspect condition of tools and equipment
• Comply with all company rules and policies
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Manage service request tickets promptly and resolve issues quickly

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Good level of English.
• General knowledge of IT and Asset management processes.
• At least 3 years experiences in same field.
• Knowledge of IT Operations process.
• Have a good communications and negotiation skill.
• High initiative, reliable, and independent person.
