Job Description
- Lead a team responsible for exploring new business opportunities in commercial team
- Create and implement strategy for new business opportunities that lead to increasing profitability, sustainable growth and optimal productivity
- Responsible for end to end design, deployment and performance of new business initiatives
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in specific market segments with the support of market research team
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including product , B2B, finance and risk as necessary in pursuit of achieving new business objectives
- Develop compelling products including customer onboarding process along with various stakeholders
- Continuously monitor the performance of the product and drive improvements to meet business plans
- Create and manage the rollout / expansion plan of the commodity as per the business plan along with sales network
- Drive product profitability
- Design and implement marketing activities / exhibitions and events along with marketing , B2B and network team to drive brand visibility and increase volume
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Mimimum 5+ years leadership experience in financial services in product and strategy, B2B or project and process office
- Strong knowledgeable in consumer finance, consumer electronics, mobile phone and furniture market
- Strong background with Project Management & Product Management
- Strong Knowledgeable in consumer finance, consumer electronics, mobile phone and furniture market
- Strong leadership capability with Negotiation skills and effective communication skill
