Job Description
Supervise the operation of the Platform within the specific shift with focus on the operation and maintenance of pre-processing equipment, in order to meet production and quality targets while ensuring compliance to regulatory and company standards on environment, health and safety.
- Monitor activity of 3rd party contractor during assigned shift especially their compliance to set standards on environment, health and safety
- Ensure adherence to Platforms’ production targets by operating and maintaining pre-processing equipment
- Implement waste receiving and stockpiling plan / schedule and monitor waste stockpiles during his / her shift.
- Assist during customer witnessing
- Adhere to all company and government policies such as HPHI Way, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Directive, H & S Policy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years of process engineering or related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Competent driver with a valid driver's license (Restriction code 2)
- Knowledge on waste management policies (RA 6969, RA 9003) is an advantage
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Norzagaray, Bulacan
