Program Overview:
Holcim East Asia Business Service Centre through its Skills Development Centre (SkDC) is opening an employment opportunity for talented individuals who are passionately committed to developing a long-term career in the Shared Service sector.
The Graduate Trainee Program will run for one (1) year where successful candidates will be exposed to different areas in the Business Service Centre through series of classroom trainings and actual on-the-job experience with our Subject Matter Experts where they will also get a chance to learn systems including SAP. Graduate Trainees will undergo regular evaluation as basis for confirmation of assignment at the end of the program.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be fresh graduates of any Bachelor's degree.
- Has actively participated or held key positions in school organizations / extracurricular activities.
- Computer-savvy particularly in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good command of English language both written and oral and can communicate well with different levels in the organization.
- Committed to providing high level of customer service.
- Willing to undergo a training program for at least one (1) year.
- Ten (10) slots available.
- Successful candidates will receive monthly compensation
