Job Description
- Process the recruitment and placement of new staffs as required;
- Develop, coordinate and conduct employee performance appraisals;
- Review, analyze, update and recommend revisions of policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Ensure all staff are compliant with their employment guidelines;
- Maintain all the required HR documents for the organization and ensure it is up to date;
- Support the payroll process by ensuring that correct data is provided to finance department in liaison with the HRM;
- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare admin reports as required;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings;
- Coordinate needs of manpower with Training and Development Officer;
- Coordinate with external manpower sources such as labor agencies regarding status of respective manpower deployed; and
- Any other duties and responsiblities as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management;
- At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Officer;
- Strong focus with critical thinking skills;
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
- Strong Leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution; and
- Should have a good track record and of unquestionable integrity.
