Job Description
- Controls waste and conforms to quality standards
- Manages and facilitates the flow of the shop
- Manages cash flow, petty cash, POS
- Evaluates the quality of the product (checking if its spoiled or presentation)
- Handles stocks and inventories
- Checks and balances POS inventories and actual inventories
- Implements the rules and regulations strictly
- Answers phone calls for deliveries
- Manages the payroll and daily time record
- Records all requests, transactions, meetings, replenishments, complaints, and suggestions everyday. (RECORD JOURNAL)
Minimum Qualifications
- Has knowledge in cooking
- Good in handling employees rotation
- Alert and assertive
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good pleasing personality
- Knows how to use POS or has knowledge in using a computer
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Must be living in Manila
