Job Description
- Answers / Address Customer requests, general inquiries in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Effectively identify Member needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
- Willing to accept that functions and responsibilities that may be modified based on the needs of the Account (i.e. Work during holiday season, shifting schedule/s and the like, handle any contact channel such as chat, email and Social Media
- Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years tertiary education plus one (1) year work experience from a customer/member service industry.
- Candidates with higher academic qualifications are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, extended working hours, and/or holidays, as required
- Customer/member service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Efficient and polite, with a clear voice, helpful tone, and friendly attitude.
- Able to work under pressure
