Job Description
- Generation of revenues - Sells, promotes, and offers the company’s products to clients. Hits the given annual sales budget to attain the company’s profit objective.
- Builds relationships with customers - Spends the majority of your time in your customers’ environment, build trust with key buying influences, analyze processes, uncover needs and presenting ways through which HKR’s products can add value to their business. Play a key role in understanding the business processes and needs of your customers and in helping them realize how HKR’s products can positively impact their business objectives.
- Becomes a product expert - To become a knowledge source on all aspects of the product’s capabilities, specifications, and application to your customers’ environment.
- Completes account management - Makes regular follow up & visit clients, assist collection section on problematic and overdue accounts, ensure timely delivery of ordered equipment based on the submitted proposal.
- Submits the weekly itinerary report and activities.
- Writes correspondence and emails.
- Attends to inquiries made through telephone calls, e-mails and (b) walk-in customers.
- Prepares quotations, proposals and presentation for clients.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Has good work ethics and work habits, organized, has an eye for details
- Can relate well to all types of people
