Job Description
- Conceptualize, develop and prioritize new digital or multiplatform strategies, product initiatives, and programs/projects
- Plan, launch, and manage new products, features, and enhancements
- Establish, track, and own product goals, milestones, and KPIs
- Translate ideas, feedback, and opportunities into user flows and formal requirements
- Regularly track product performance and success metrics
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, as well as identify and measure the impact of new features
- Assist with all aspects of the product cycle
- Work directly with internal stakeholders
- Establish self as subject-matter expert on products, best practices, competition and the latest industry trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business graduate;
- College graduate, preferably major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business
- Excellent organizational / matrix management skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and projects effectively and efficiently
- Must be creative and able to focus on overall objectives while being very detail oriented
- Ability to execute against defined objectives both strategically and tactically
- Strategic thinker, can manage long-term and cross-product issues
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious
- Comfort with an ambiguous, constantly evolving role
- Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and team skills
- Facility with Excel spread sheets and strong familiarity with the business model of Internet companies and online commercial products/services
- Experience with Internet retailing, business directories, business to business products/services, e-commerce services is strongly preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate and drive programs/projects to completion with minimal guidance
