Job Description
Creating a market leading customer experience
Provide high quality customer service
Professional management of Inbound Customer contacts via email and phone
Net sales year on year growth
Targeted sales growth of service differentiators
Drive and promote process efficiencies within the Customer Service team
Participate pro-actively in teamwork, meetings and training sessions, together with full participation in individual professional development and skill building sessions
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree on any business course
Good communications skills both written and verbal
Experience in customer service/ BPO is preferred
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Able to set clear objectives, drive and maintain outstanding results
Preferably experience from customer service or other sales role
Competent PC skills including MS Office and SAP
Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationship
