Job Description
- Responsible in maintaining complete required housekeepers per branch
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms or areas
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate any complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment
- Take corrective action for any complaints and monitors any updates of changes
- Take periodic inventories of housekeeping equipment
- Screen applicants, train new employees and evaluate housekeepers performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
- With over 3 year experience as Housekeeping Supervisor and experience in auditing
- With strong customer service, leadership and communication both (oral and written)
- With good in dispatching, monitoring, and coordination skills
- Must be keen to details and a good sense of follow through
