Job Description
- Plans, supervises, and monitors housekeepers tasks and deployed work assignment.
- Checks the performance and attendance of the housekeepers per assigned branch.
- Ensures that housekeeping materials are sufficient.
- Conducts weekly, monthly audit pertaining to housekeeping compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Hotel & Restaurant Management.
- 3 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor and experience in auditing.
- Strong customer care service, leadership and communication skills both (oral and written).
- Good leadership, dispatching, monitoring and coordination skills.
- Must be keen to details and a good sense of follow through.
