Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process weekly payments
- Manage rejected and returned payments
- Manage installments on hold invoices and help in help in the resolution
- Manage payments queries
- Collaborate with the Invoice Processing Team with any issues raised concerning payments
- Prepare reports as requested
- Handle Push-Out payments quarterly
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or business related courses
- Minimum 3- 5 years of recent experience working in Finance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience in shared service environment
- Amenable to work on different shifts
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated understanding of general business and financial concepts and principles, relating to accounts payable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Adaptive to changes
