Job Description
- Keeps records of financial transactions
- Verifies, allocates, and posts details or transactions in journals or computer files from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer prinouts.
- Summarizes details in computer files and transfers data to general ledger.
- Reconciles and balances accounts.
- May compile reports to show statistcs, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- May complete records to or through trial balance.
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payment, if necessary.
- Preparing invoices.
- Prepares financial paperwork and filling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
