Job Description
TECHNICAL DUTIES
Innovation
- Researches for and development of new solutions.
Solution Development
- Chooses the methodologies and techniques that will be used by the
developers to solve specific problems. - Develop concepts, bundles and solutions by coordinating with Solutions
Consultants and BSAs.
Maintenance and
Enhancement
- Keep the company bundle and solutions range ahead of the competition
and enhance the live of each.
Quality Checks and
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring the new solution meets the agreed user experts’ specifications.
Building and Equipping Team
- Provide technical leadership to teammates and outline development
plans through identifying training needs and provide regular feedbacks,
coaching and mentoring to ensure constant evaluation and growth of
skills and report to head of enterprise solutions
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS
- Computer Engineering or any IT-related courses
- Preferably has Master’s degree in any business-related courses
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of five years in a senior professional or technical role, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy, application development or system integrator. Experience on its practice area.
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ solid work in product management.
SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Preferably with relevant practice and knowledge on the following:
- Proficiency on C/C++ Unix Platform, Unix/Linux Shell scripting
- Knowledgeable in JAVA EE or Python
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MQSeries
- Testing tools
- Data collection and analysis
- Computer software programs
- Qualitative data research
- Quantitative data set
- Experienced in drafting High Level Design per proposed Solutions
- Familiar with the operational models of a number of sustainability standards systems, most likely having worked with one or more schemes.
- Adept at adding in Visio diagrams, drawing objects, and any other kind of visual device to help the developer see what is expected.
