Job Description
- Act as a point of contact for our clients using professional and courteous tone at all times.
- Responsible for reporting to the key business stakeholders with progress updates and manage their expectations.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients and team members.
- Perform revenue activity aligned with the company processes and guidelines.
- Examine data obtained from client and update Client.
- Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Adhere to deadlines
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Negotiate payment arrangements or payment forgiveness with clients.
- Works with operations team to identify clients who need to be exempted from collections activity.
- Monitor contracts to clients and ensure that we comply with relevant legislation.
- Provide basic costumer service in cases where payment is delayed for valid reasons.
- Identify and use appropriate tone and assertiveness based on the age of debt and client history.
- Respond to inbound inquiry from our website, email and phone
- Address clients’ inquiries.
- Assist with Marketing activities for internal and external clients.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Background in website design and/or project management.
- Above average English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills.
