Job Description
The HR and Admin Assistant helps oversee the day to day operation of our Human Resources and Admin Department. There is significant opportunity for career advancement for candidates that thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Create and administer employee relations/engagement activities
- Proactively support and faciliate HR policies and procedures
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management
- Help identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover forseeable and existing risks
- Manage and act as main POC for employees and managers for HR-related concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Identify and recruit candidates with the right culture fit
- Facilitate orienation for new hires
- Oversee and process employee benefits
- Other tasks assigned by Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent leadership skills
