Bookkeeper  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role supports the Finance Team in:
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts
  • Processesing accounts payables and accounts receivable
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, general ledger
  • Maintaining/Updating the cash flow report
  • Coordinating with the internal and external vendors and clients related to the payables and receivables
• Updates the internal accounting system for all/any daily transaction
• Processes and submits accurate payroll reports for our external clients
• Ensures that government remittances reports are accurate and submitted on time
• Creates/updates a written documentation of the processes.

• Must be willing to work in Ortigas
