Job Description
To support the strategic planning process, drive and track and execution of key initiatives for Healthy Options’ Group of Companies through research and data gathering, analysis, and cross functional project management in order to achieve time bound strategic and operational goals
Planning & Strategy Development
- Support the strategy formulation and strategic planning process, strategy communication and operational alignment
- Assist in the development of strategic programs and initiatives and help cross functional teams drive the execution of such initiatives
- Orchestrate strategy review process to track execution and progress along strategic initiatives and provide recommendations to course correct, re-vector or sustain progress; support the Head of Corporate Strategy, Top Management in conducting effective review of business performance based on strategic priorities, established KPIs and milestones
- Gather data, conduct research and analysis on industry, market trends to identify business risks and opportunities for each brand and to support the planning process
- Lead process to spot, test and learn, pilot, scale new business models, products or process innovation or optimization
Strategic Projects, Business Development and Special Assignments
- Lead/support execution of cross functional initiatives (e.g. strategic initiatives, policy matters, business excellence and engagement with external or internal stakeholders)
- Lead/support exploration and development of corporate growth and expansion initiatives (e.g. new business development or business model innovation, M&As, IPO strategy, investment/divestments analysis)
- Support the Strategy Head and Top Management with other corporate affairs, reporting requirements and special projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience or educational background in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Economics or related courses, MBA or masters is an advantage but not necessary
- Experience in the retail, FMCG, food, health or restaurant industry
- Experience/familiarity with research, project management, management tools and frameworks for strategy development, business planning, performance management is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and dynamic; willing to take on different projects
