Job Description
- Responsible for ordering materials, supplies, equiment and follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery
- Create Purchase Orders and manage PO corrections
- Check PO status, price and delivery date
- Manage vendor creations/change requests
- Provide recommendations, coordination and support for the purchase of goods and/or services
Minimum Qualifications
- NON-SMOKER
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (BS Nutrition/BS Food Technology graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Must be very proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and must have excellent follow-up skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Regulatory work is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Libis, QC
