Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and Data Gathering.
- Assist in consolidating SKU Volumetric for the WMS and other data needed by the provider.
- Conduct research in the current warehouse operations for the KPI Baselining.
- Time-and-motion studies
- Observations
- Conduct other studies that require further research to improve warehouse operations and logistics, including store visits, Day-in-a-life-of (DILOs), etc.
- Project Dry Run and Implementation.
- Assist in finalizing new operations model.
- Assist in the pilot runs and personnel training on the new processes and ways of working.
- Assist in KPI implementation and tracking.
- Assist during the critical stage of the project such as:
- Transition phase.
- Actual stock transfer.
- Location scheme implementation.
- Administrative work.Maintain the following databases:
- Manual Location Scheme.
- Inventory Analysis.
- KPI Report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably Management or Business Administration
- Proficient in MS Office applications (specially MS Excel).
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Keen on details.
- Willing to work in Libis, QC.
- Maintains a healthy lifestyle and is a NON-SMOKER.
