Job Description
- Be responsible in end-to-end category management including:
- Retail campaign and initiative planning.
- Executing and overseeing category business strategies and plans.
- Retail support and issue resolutions.
- Category performance, measures, and incentives.
- Pricing, margins, and item mix.
- Retail tools, processes, and SOPs.
- Merchandising support.
- Understand business challenges and trends through interaction with customers, vendor, and retail industry.
- Conduct sales and inventory analysis with the objective of identifying business opportunities to meet and exceed business goals.
- Manage available resources to deliver work output required.
- Ensure alignment within immediate team, across category support team, and other departments within the company.
- Ensure output of category responsibilities drive positive outcomes for the business, customers, and employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and people skills at all levels.
- Critical decision-making skills.
- Confident, driven, and dynamic.
- IT savvy and comfortable with new technologies.
- Passion for business and people.
- A team player with a sense of humour.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
- Ability to live the values of the Healthy Options, set directions, and deliver results.
- Non-smoker.
- Willing to work in Libis, QC.
