Job Description
Healthy Options, the country's first and only one-stop shop for organic and natural products, is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist. She will be tasked to:
- Ensure strict implementation of the company's Quality, Safety and Health Management System
- Ensure operational excellence by developing policies, implementing, and monitoring of results
- Conduct process review and improvement through audit, innovation management, and complaint monitoring and resolution
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Food Science or any related course
- Experience in implementation of LEAN Six Sigma, ISO 9001 or any quality or process improvement system
- Preferably a Certified Quality, Safety and Health Auditor
- Preferably a Certified Safety Officer
- Knowledgeable in Incident Investigation and Resolution
- Willing to travel across the Philippines
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Non-smoker
