F&B Supervisor  

• Maintains smooth operations of the café on a daily basis
• Ensures that every guest receives high quality products and services
• Leads the team and maximizes individual and collective performance
• Provides support to the F&B Operations Manager in ensuring financial targets are achieved
• Sends Daily Sales Report and other updates to the team and Management
• Engages with guests and gathers feedback for performance improvement
• Receives guests’ complaints and feedback, and initiates service recovery
• Coordinates with the Commissary and/or Support Group for café requirements
• Facilitates stock transfers and adjustments via Netsuite
• Creates a weekly forecast for the café
• Reports and follows up on maintenance issues of the café with the Property Management team and/or mall administration’s office
• Monitors and maintains par levels of raw materials for the café

• Bachelor's Degree of any course, graduates from any hospitality and F&B related courses is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the hospitality industry, or equivalent
• Has an experience in using a POS and/or inventory system
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must be willing to work in BGC
• Living a healthy lifestyle and is a non-smoker.
• Weight must be proportionate to height.
