Creatives Manager  

The Head of Creatives supports the Head of Marketing in the strategic conceptualization, design and development of all creative communications collaterals, in order to achieve overall business goals of the brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Steward of the brand that supports the brand vision at all times
• Strategizes with the team to come up with compelling and engaging creative materials
• Produces high-impact visuals and designs that communicate the brand or product story
• Works across all types of media, including print, video, digital, and in-store
• Reviews and approves all final design layouts before final turnover to supplier

Others

• Coordinates directly with external suppliers as necessary
• Supports all other departments with regard to creative requests
• Leads and manages a team of high-caliber individuals
• Other ad hoc tasks that may be required and relevant in the role

• Passion – Strong interest and desire to build the brand and the business. Embodies the brand, advocating healthy and sustainable living.
• Creativity and Technical Skills – Able to conceive and bring to life concepts, guidelines and strategies and oversee them to completion. Updated on the latest trends in advertising and graphic design.
• Deadline-Oriented – Fast worker and ensures that project deadlines are met at all times. Able to manage multiple tasks within tight and overlapping deadlines. Excellent time management skills and able to execute tasks in order of priority.
• Flexibility – Possesses a clear creative vision while remaining open to others’ ideas. Adaptable to any given task or situation.
• Good leadership skills – Skilled in building rapport with internal and external parties. Ability to collaborate with all kinds of people. Able to inspire and influence others.
• Relevant experience - has at least 7-10 years of experience in graphic design, videography, art direction, brand management, content creation
• Amenability to work onsite - willing to work full-time and on-site at our head office in Libis, QC.
