The Marketing Associate for Digital and CRM assists the Brand Director in developing and implementing branding strategies to meet organizational objectives for Healthy Options and Bow & Wow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates all marketing related activities relevant to the role.
- Liaises with digital and new media agencies to build and maintain all digital platforms and executions – website, social networking sites, etc.
- Helps develop digital advertising plan, and helps liaise with digital buying agencies to help effectively book and execute print & media executions.
- Ensures timely and regular execution of all digital branding efforts for website, social media, eDM, blogs/new media, and mobile.
- Assists in development and maintenance of social networking sites and blogs for both brands.
- Monitors and executes all tasks related to the membership and loyalty programs of Healthy Options and Bow & Wow.
- Builds, maintains, and improves customer database of both brands.
- Assists in handling minor customer complaints and queries.
- Assists in other ad hoc ATL and BTL initiatives, as necessary.
- Helps monitor, review and report all marketing activity and results in area of responsibility.
- Coordinates with Finance and helps process and prepare RFPs (requests for payment) as well as monitor marketing budget in area of responsibility.
- Conducts customer research, surveys, and other relevant studies to determine customer wants and needs.
- Analyses relevant information such as customer research, membership database, among others, as needed.
- Performs other ad hoc tasks that may be required and relevant to the role.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer relations/customer management/digital marketing
- Experience in market research or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Proficient in basic business software applications.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
