- Process daily financial transactons including accounts payable and receivables, payroll reimbursements, journal entries, and expense reimbursements.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and otherr financila documents.
- Maintain the branch's general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory records, product returns, and work closely with the operations team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Process releasing of consumable stocks used by the branch.
- Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and adjustments.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare in periodic reports on account balances and financial status.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with the central finance team to consolidate financial data when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (e., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - GAAP)
- Calculating and monitoring incentives.
- Handles the manual books of accounts
- Assist with internal and ecternal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finane, Accounting, or any related field
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of accounting or finance related experience
- Detail-oriented especially with numbers
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work effectively on a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and control is a plus.
