Field Service Technician  

As Healthspan’s Field Service Technician, you'll have the opportunity to train and master all of our cutting-edge products. You'll be at the forefront of technology, installing machines at client sites and providing comprehensive technical training.

Not only will you ensure smooth operations through preventive maintenance and after-sales service, but you'll also diagnose and repair machines, showcasing your problem-solving skills.

Collaborating closely with our warehouse and product marketing team, you'll ensure seamless coordination for parts and machine replacements. Responsibilities:

• Train and master all products distributed by the company including lasers and RF devices
• Perform in-house or on-field diagnosis, troubleshooting and/or repair of a wide range of aesthetic medical equipment
• Perform installation, commissioning and end-user training for a range of brand new, high-value equipment
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) at customer premises based on agreed contracts
• Support Product Specialists and Marketing Team in conducting product demonstrations to customers
• Familiarize with the manufacturer's guidelines on equipment installation, safety procedures, maintenance and repairs for distributed equipment
• Attend to trouble calls, repair and maintenance by following manufacturer's instructions and coordination for major and minor repair and PM services
• Coordinate delivery of parts and install replacements as necessary
• Replace machines as needed and ensure delivery and installation of replacement machines
• Complete field service reports
• Coordinate with warehouse for pullout of parts and machines
• Assist Product Marketing Manager during demos and conventions
• Travel abroad to attend on-site training

Work Set- Up: On-site with primary office at our warehouse in Paranaque. All travel to client sites and training abroad will be paid by the company.

• At least 2 years of experience as a service technician for lasers, RF devices and other aesthetic medical equipment
• Candidates should have a bachelor's/college degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. Certified Biomedical Equipment Servicing NC II will also be accommodated
• Ability to travel within Metro Manila and the Philippines to visit client sites
• Ability to travel abroad for training
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills
• Organized, detail oriented and natural problem solver
• Excellent customer service skills
• Having your own transportation (motorcycle) is highly desired
